Cancellation Policy

Policy Description: We understand that life happens. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect our limited availability, please review the following terms: Cancellations & Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance via the online portal. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to emergency, at our discretion. • Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking access. No Shows • If you do not attend your session and do not cancel in advance, the session will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued. • One courtesy reminder is sent 24 hours before your session. Refunds • All sessions and programmes are non-refundable once booked, unless cancelled by Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd. • In the event of illness or emergency, we may offer credit toward future bookings at our discretion. Late Arrivals • We respect your time and ours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited. • Missed time will not be carried forward. Confidentiality & Safety • All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. • We reserve the right to terminate sessions if conduct is inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive. Emergencies & Exceptions • If a session must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, clients will be offered a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
