Client Eligibility
Clients must be:

18 years or older (unless a school workshop is delivered with appropriate consent)

Mentally capable of engaging in coaching services

Willing to participate with openness, honesty, and accountability
We reserve the right to refuse or refer clients if a service is deemed unsuitable for their needs.
4.
Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings must be made online via our official platform.

Payments must be made in full prior to the session, unless on a monthly membership.

Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card, Stripe, or other secure processors.
Memberships & Plans:

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Clients may upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time.

Unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Consultations or single sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Membership check-ins or coaching calls: Can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Workshops: Require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
6.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital and time-based services:

Refunds will only be granted if a session is cancelled by us or if the client is medically unable to continue, and evidence is provided.

Programmes and memberships are non-refundable once the first session or digital material has been accessed.

Confidentiality
All client data, sessions, and assessments are treated with strict confidentiality and in line with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR). We do not share your information without written consent, unless legally required to do so.
Workshops and group services may be recorded for quality assurance. Clients will be informed in advance and may opt out.

Client Conduct & Safety
We promote a respectful and safe environment for all clients and staff. Any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
