Terms and Conditions for Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, content, and digital tools provided by Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a UK-registered company. By accessing or using our website, digital platforms, wellness coaching services, or products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Services Offered

 

Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd provides wellness and mental health coaching programmes, consultation services, educational resources, workshops, and online memberships based on the Four Pillars model (Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery).

 

We currently offer:

 

  • The Holistic Reset (12-Week Programme)

  • Essentials Reset (Self-Paced Coaching)

  • Essentials Reset Plus (Monthly Membership)

  • Holistic Reset Consultation

  • Mental Health & 4-Pillar Awareness Workshops (Corporate & School)

 

All services are intended for educational and support purposes. We do not provide clinical diagnosis, medical therapy, or emergency intervention.

 

 

2. 

Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or book a service. Minors may participate in workshops only with written parental or guardian consent.

 

 

3. 

Bookings & Cancellations

 

  • Bookings can be made through our website or partner platforms.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) may forfeit that session or be non-refundable.

  • Group or corporate bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance to avoid charges.

 

 

4. 

Payments & Subscriptions

 

  • Payments are processed securely online via our integrated payment gateway.

  • One-time services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be cancelled anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Intellectual Property

 

All content provided via our services (e.g. videos, documents, toolkits) is the property of Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd and may not be reproduced, sold, or redistributed without permission.

 

 

6. 

Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for attending booked sessions on time and actively participating. You agree to provide accurate personal information and inform us of any relevant physical or mental health concerns that could affect your participation.

 

 

7. 

Confidentiality

 

All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal and health data will never be sold or shared without consent unless legally required.

 

 

8. 

Liability Disclaimer

 

While we strive to offer safe and effective wellness practices, you engage in our services at your own risk. Holistic Wellness Coaching Ltd is not liable for:

 

  • Any physical or mental health issues arising from client misuse or non-compliance

  • Missed sessions due to personal or technical issues on the client’s end

  • Any damages beyond the total amount paid by the client

 

 

9. 

Changes to Services or Terms

 

We may update our service offerings or Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or site notifications.

 

 

10. 

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
